DropFood (referred to as “DropFood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a hyperlocal meal subscription service operating in India. We prepare fresh meals in company-owned kitchens and deliver them directly to subscribers. Our registered address and contact details are available at dropfood.in/contact.

By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or subscribing to our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, resident in India, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Our service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist or pre-booking a slot is free and does not require payment. It secures your position and ensures you receive early access when we launch in your area.

We reserve the right to determine launch timelines and delivery areas. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a binding contract for delivery. We will notify you via the contact details provided when your area becomes available.

Once launched, subscriptions operate on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing you authorise DropFood to charge the applicable fee each billing cycle.

• Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time before the daily cut-off time — details will be provided in your account.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

We aim to deliver meals within the time window specified at subscription. Delivery is subject to:

• Availability in your specific pincode.
• Accurate delivery address provided by you.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, civil disruption).

If a delivery fails due to an inaccurate address or unavailability at the delivery location, we are not obligated to provide a replacement or refund for that delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies and dietary requirements at the time of subscription. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens handle a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee meals are entirely free of specific allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before subscribing.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information when registering or subscribing.
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.
• Resell or redistribute meals supplied by DropFood.

All content on this website — including the DropFood name, logo, design, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to DropFood. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, DropFood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
